He Xiaopeng is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of UCWeb Inc. and is in charge of the overall product design and R&D of the company. He has extensive working experience in foreign owned enterprises and as an entrepreneur. He and Liang Jie jointly founded UCWeb in 2004.
