After CryptoPotato's post highlighting the ongoing Binance-Voyager deal, CZ shared a quote-tweet saying, "Should we withdraw?" However, he promptly clarified that Binance fully endorses the agreement.

The Binance-Voyager deal has long been in controversy. The SEC, which opposes the sale, is presently examining whether Voyager's cryptocurrency lending enterprise included the vending of unregistered securities. The regulatory body has expressed apprehension in court submissions, indicating that Voyager cannot demonstrate the adherence of the Binance deal or any other cryptocurrency transaction to U.S. securities regulations.
