The community is split on who Gadikian and Notional Labs are in contract with.

The Terra Classic community is currently debating proposal 11316, which wants the Terra Grants Foundation to withhold payments to Jacob Gadikian from payments intended for the Joint L1 Task Force.

Per the proposal, the TGF should only pay Gadikian for work done in January and retain payments for February and March in the TGF multisig wallet. The author disclosed that the step is necessary due to Gadikian’s recent attacks against Terra Classic validators.
