Silvergate Capital Corp. is reviewing transactions between Sam Bankman-Fried’s crypto exchange FTX and his investment firm Alameda Research, the bank told three U.S. senators.

Transactions between those entities have become a focal point for investigators trying to figure out FTX’s collapse last month. Prosecutors and regulators charged Mr. Bankman-Fried with fraud, saying he used FTX customer funds to fuel Alameda trades and his own lavish lifestyle.
