Nasdaq Refiles Form for BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF with Coinbase Surveillance Agreement Expected

July 4 (Cointime) - Nasdaq has resubmitted a 19b-4 form for the iShares Bitcoin Trust, a spot bitcoin ETF managed by BlackRock, following similar filings from Cboe exchange last week.

Nasdaq has also announced a surveillance-sharing agreement with Coinbase, which is expected to be finalised before trading begins. The agreement will supplement Nasdaq's market surveillance programme. The SEC has yet to approve a spot bitcoin ETF due to concerns over fraud and market manipulation.
