Monetary Authority of Singapore releases investor alert list

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has issued an investor alert list. This list provides a list of individuals based on information that MAS has obtained, including:

1. Those who may have been mistakenly believed to have obtained a license from MAS or have been authorized or regulated by MAS in any other way;

2. Those who may have been mistakenly believed to be a unit offer of a business trust or collective investment scheme authorized, recognized or registered by MAS;

3. Investment offers that may or may be mistaken for those submitted or attached to files submitted or registered with MAS.

Note: The published list is not exhaustive, but is based on the information known to MAS at the time of publication.
