June 23 (Cointime) - Maye Musk, mother of Tesla CEO Elon Musk, has cancelled a proposed Jiu-Jitsu fight between her son and Mark Zuckerberg, co-founder of Meta Platforms. The fight was suggested by Mario Nawfal, CEO of Web3 incubator platform IBC Group, in response to the competitive nature between Twitter (owned by Musk) and Meta in the social media industry.

Maye Musk cancelled the fight before it could take place, stating that it should be fought with words only or through an armchair. The two social media entities have been competing for the highest number of online advertisers, with Meta currently valued at approximately $730.19 billion.
