Tesla and Twitter chief Elon Musk warns AI’s potential to destroy civilization. During an interview with FOX, he noted that AI has the potential to be more hazardous than mismanaged aircraft design or production maintenance. He stated:

“However small one may regard that probability, but it is non-trivial - it has the potential of civilizational destruction.”

Today Musk reiterated his strong endorsement of his statement, he tweeted:

“Anyone who thinks this risk is 0% is an idiot.”
