Novogratz predicts that the price of Worldcoin, which uses iris-scanning technology, could rise significantly.

He also praised BlackRock CEO Larry Fink for his efforts to create a spot market Bitcoin exchange-traded fund, stating that Fink's support could lead to a new wave of investment in the flagship cryptocurrency. BlackRock filed a bid to create a BTC ETF earlier this year, but it has yet to be approved or rejected.
